You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. For the GS-12, Specialized experience is defined as in depth knowledge of applicable US Army and DOD regulations, policies, procedures and methods governing Security Assistance (SA); Knowledge of systemic database requirements, applications, usage, external interfaces as related to Security Assistance; Extensive knowledge of SA Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, logistics and financial management; In depth knowledge of FMS logistic and financial systems; Ability to interface with and brief all levels of US and foreign government personnel and external agencies; Ability to develop, compile and analyze performance data for processes and initiate improvements where needed.
