Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying management principles, financial and administrative practices and procedures, organizational theory, and/or techniques of analysis or evaluation to recommend solutions to problems in administrative, travel and personnel (both civilian and military) matters; 2) Interpreting regulations, procedures, policies and/or principles to support civilian/military manning programs; 3) Using a specialty automated system (i.e. Enterprise financial data systems, Defense Travel System) to develop recurring and non-recurring reports to support the structure, functions and operations of an organization’s mission; 4) Preparing written documentation to clearly communicate information related to training, administrative and/or procedural matters.
