Qualification Summary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience and/or education for the respective grade level in which you are applying: GS-11
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one year (12-months) of specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service performing duties related to: Assisting in the management of recovered property and/or assets including arranging proper storage and disposal of a variety of material goods. Providing technical advice on policies, procedures, and regulations regarding property-related issues. Recommending policy and/or procedure improvements to management personnel. Monitoring financial records to ensure expenditures and obligations are accurately recorded and accounted for. Coordinating team operations based on project objectives and plans of action. Identifying appropriate actions in complex or unfamiliar situations based on established methods and protocol. OR Education: Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work of the position. One year of full-time graduate education is considered the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study. If that information cannot be determined from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as 1 year of full-time study. Must submit transcripts. OR Combination: A combination of education and experience as listed above. (Note: Only graduate level education beyond two years or 36 credit hours may be combined with specialized experience.)
