Minimum Qualification Requirements: To qualify for this position you must meet the (1) Basic Educational Requirements AND/OR (2) Specialized Experience for the series to which you are applying. To qualify for the GS-15, you must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated experience: (Must meet all) Applying business management practices to evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements in various administrative functions and processes; Managing and/or lead a diverse workforce in support of mission objectives. Communicating with all levels of management, to include senior executive level management, in carrying out duties and providing authoritative advice to executive level management, staff and/or leadership on special projects. Establishing priorities and facilitating information and correspondence flow into and out of an executive level (equivalent level or higher) office; and Drafting policy, briefing, and/or technical documents in conformance with organizational policy and for senior managements use.
