Candidates must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band which is FG-14/FV-J. Specialized experience is experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience may include but is not limited to: Experience applying the principles of management and strategic planning and the interrelationships of funding and resource priorities to plan, organize, execute and control a resource management function or program. Experience planning for the effective attainment, allocation and use of an organizations financial, human capital and general business resources; developing and organizing all business and management actions; executing all plans, initiatives and goals; and controlling the life cycle of all actionable items to achieve intended outcomes.Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.
