Qualification Summary
You must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To qualify at the CU-13 level, you must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the CU/GS-12 level in federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors). For the CU-13 level, specialized experience is defined as experience in all of the following areas: 1. Reviewing and analyzing loan portfolios; and
2. Examining, originating, reviewing assets held by financial institutions; and
3. Performing project management to establish program goals, scope, budget and/or assignments; and
4. Analyzing financial data to recommend corrective procedures. To qualify at the CU-14 level, you must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the CU/GS-13 level in federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors). For the CU-14 level, specialized experience is defined as experience in all of the following areas: 1. Reviewing and analyzing loan portfolios, and
2. Examining, originating, reviewing assets held by financial institutions; and
3. Performing project management to establish program goals, scope, budget and/or assignments; and
4. Analyzing financial data to recommend corrective procedures; and
5. Monitoring real estate activities (for example: leasing, taxes, insurance coverage, foreclosures, titling, etc.). You must meet the qualifications for this position by the closing date of this announcement.
