Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following. Experience operating office equipment such as copiers, personal computers and fax machines to create, edit, receive and send emails and other correspondence, reports, presentations, and various supporting documents; Experience developing spreadsheets, maintaining various databases and tracking systems to ensure data correctness and completion; Experience reviewing documents for proper formatting and accuracy in spelling, grammar and punctuation. This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
