Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Assisting in providing Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) program management strategic support to advise internal and external stakeholders of SHARP program requirements, and/or 2) Assisting in establishing policies that reinforce a culture of sexual harassment and sexual assault prevention, response and accountability. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Administration and ManagementSexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP)Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
