You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
GS-14 LEVEL: You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experiencefor this position includes: demonstrating accomplishment in assignments where the applicant is the authoritative program expert with substantial responsibility for performing analytical and evaluative staff work primarily involving financial management and strategic planning. Expert knowledge of written and oral communication techniques to deliver presentations and write comprehensive reports on studies and analyses involving complex or technical information including summaries, conclusions and recommendations. This work includes conducting cost and spending studies; evaluating the progress in achieving strategic objectives; preparing reports for executives; and using statistical and process improvement methodologies to develop and/or implement performance measures, analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and improve customer service.
-The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or Volunteer Service.
