Overseeing manpower/force management programs, Providing technical leadership, major command staff coordination, and consultation in acquisition and programs, AND Providing personnel supervision to include planning, programming, directing, coordinating, or evaluating the work of subordinates. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the GS-14 grade level in the federal service. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
