Bar Membership: You must be an active member of the Bar and in good standingin a state, territory of the United States, District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; AND
Experience: You must have at least3 years of professional legal experience as an attorney, with specialized experience in Federal Government ethics and standards of ethical conduct rules and procedures. Experience must also include broad technical knowledge in the successful solution of unusual and complex problems or the ability to plan, direct, or coordinate a legal problem.
