Qualification Summary
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NO-03 pay band or GS-11/12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1)performing pre-award contract administration functions, to include solicitation of bids, contract type determination, source selection, and pre-negotiation positions for services acquisition; 2) leading the advance planning, negotiation, and administration of service contracts; 3) performing post-award contract administration to include change orders, contract modification (and termination if required), and contract close-out procedures; 4) applying Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and procurement policies and procedures including contract cost principles and cost analysis techniques; and /or 5) partnering personnel from the general public, contractors, and other governmental scientific and technical commands for contract administration.
