Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Preparing cost analysis and estimates for services; 2) Performing on-site visits of maintenance or repair projects to ensure quality of service; 3) Evaluating the contractor’s work against measurable performance standards; 4) Assess contractor’s proposal for modifications or changed conditions; and 5) Reads blueprints, schematic diagrams and architectural drawings..
