Qualification Summary
AREA OF CONSIDERATION: This position is in the Exceptive Service “under the authority of Title 5, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA)” and is open to on board (Tenure 1, 2 and 3) federal employees/technicians (T32 and T5) within the agency. Tenure can be located in block 24 on your latest SF 50. PCS: Permanent Change of Station (PCS) MAY be authorized. Authorization for payment of PCS expenses will be granted ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-0510-11, must have least 24 months of accounting experience and training that demonstrate the ability to conduct accounting business in accordance with directives and policies; the ability to study and evaluate the existing internal control systems to determine the level of reliability; and, the skills to determine the appropriate procedures needed to validate system reliability.
