Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following:
1) Acquisition, development, fielding, and life cycle support of highly complex, simulations, simulators, training systems, and interoperable training systems of complex weapons systems;
2) Systems Engineering Expertise and Leadership;
3) Leadership and Technical Management of very large Government and Industry teams;
4) Wide ranging state-of-the-art knowledge or experience in a multitude of engineering and scientific disciplines;
5) Effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences;
6) Lead a team of multi-talented engineers to successful completion of project supporting development, acquisition, fielding, and life cycle management initiatives.
