For this position, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

3) Oral Communication – Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
4) Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses
sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
For GS-13 Level: One full-time year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through federal service that demonstrates experience performing enterprise data architecture tasks to include providing strategy, principles, visions and standards for data governance and roadmap to propagate an enterprise level vision across an organization; and applying information technology principles and practices throughout the lifecycle process to include development, testing and implementation of IT services.demonstrates For more information on the qualifications for this position, click here.
