Qualification Summary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS To qualify for the GS-15, candidates must have one year of specialized experience equal to or equivalent to the next lower grade, GS-14 demonstrating: Experience leading, managing and developing others; Experience providing authoritative guidance, interpretation and recommendations based on general law and litigation proceedings of state and federal statues, laws and regulations; Experience in writing and editing legal memoranda and briefs; and Experience in trial and pre-trial litigation techniques in unfair labor practice and federal court proceedings. All experience must be reflected and clearly articulated in your resume to receive consideration for the position.
