You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.You mustmeet the requirements described below:GS-04 LEVEL: You must have one (1) yearof general experience at the level of difficulty and responsibilityequivalent toGS-03 grade levelin the Federal service. The experience could have beenprogressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular competencies needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. This may be paid or non-paid experience ORTwo (2) years of education above the high school level (education may have been obtained in an accredited junior college, college, university, business, secretarial or technical school).ORYou may qualify by a combination of experience and education.GS-05 LEVEL:You must have one (1) yearof specializedexperience at the level of difficulty and responsibilityequivalent toGS-04 grade levelin the Federal service.To be qualifying, your experience must demonstrate progressively responsible experience in clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular competencies needed to perform the duties of the position being filled. Examples of qualifying experience may include conducting basic research and applying information as necessary, interacting and communicating (orally and in writing) with customers, performing office duties;OR A Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of education above high school in any field of study from an accredited college or university.OR You may qualify by a combination of experience and education.-The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or Volunteer Service.
