In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional Engineer or Architect performing the following duties: 1) Construction management and construction engineering for alternations, repair, and new construction of a broad range of facilities; 2) Reviews and approves all contract technical submittals (e.g. design drawings, product selection, environmental protection plans, schedules and/or quality control plans); 3) Manages multiple priorities during the administration of construction contracts; and 4) Reviews pre-final contract drawing and specifications.
