Distributing and balancing the daily workload of Lock and Dam Equipment Mechanics and Lock and Dam Operators, ensuring the facility is operated and maintained in the most efficient manner to provide uninterrupted and reliable service to the commercial towing industry, and reviewing completed work to guarantee satisfactory results. Skilled in leadership, work direction, planning long term repair and maintenance, and administrative work. Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
