Qualification Summary
You must meet the following requirements within30 daysafter the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience for the GS-15 is defined as one year of experience at the GS-14 level, or equivalent that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must include ALL of the following: – Providing support to high-level officials with changing priorities; AND – Experience in project management to include the management and/or development of financial systems; AND – Participating in the management and maintenance of mission critical collection and/or payment systems and/or services in either the public or private sector. AND In addition to meeting specialized experience, applicants must have proficiency in each of the four competencies below: – Attention to Detail, such as ensuring that all performance standards, guidelines and quality of work meets organizational standards. – Customer Service, such as being responsible for securing a customers sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII). – Oral Communication, such as representing an organization at meetings and conferences. – Problem Solving, such as implementing ways to eliminate technology issues and improve business practices.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:For the GS-15, you must have been at the GS-14level for 52 weeks.
