Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including time-in-grade restrictions, specialized experience and/or education, as defined below. Time in grade:
Applicants must meet one year at the next lower grade to be considered for the next higher grade (e.g. one year at the GS-12 grade level for consideration for the GS-13 grade level.) For the GS-13 level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-12 level) that demonstrates: Experience working with various data forms (statistics, survey results, process information, etc) to perform trend analysis. Working knowledge of statistical models and analytical software used to conduct data analysis. Experience using data analysis results to produce reports and briefings for senior managers. Experience in developing high level technical reports and corrective action plans , briefings and presentations, and charts and graphs for use at the agency or department level.
