Experience Requirement: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: work that involves interpreting various regulations and procedures applicable to contracting document preparation; plans and directs comprehensive programs for agency; determines operating and maintenance requirements, forecasts resource requirements, accomplishes programs, and evaluates program effectiveness through inspections, budget controls and management improvement studies This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service, GS-07.
