Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1) Performing complex in-depth signals analysis on electronic intelligence (ELINT) digital electromagnetic emissions from foreign naval radar; 2) Applying advanced scientific concepts using specialized digital data analysis tools for application to complex signal; 3) Preparing and producing initiative technical reports and briefings for an executive level audience that demonstrate extensive and comprehensive analytical expertise; and 4) Conducting liaison and coordination within the intelligence community, DOD, other government, industry, and among foreign counterparts.
