To qualify at the GS-13 level: You must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level. Specialized experience at this level includes: experience performing work related to geospatial intelligence; working in GIS, performing back-end technical work with geospatial databases as well as front-end analysis; experience in geospatial data management and analysis to combat and reduce violent crime and terrorism acts, experience delivering geospatial data management and analysis to enhance analytic tradecraft and production, experience in training geospatial methodologies to analysts; experience with geospatial production; and experience in reading, researching, writing and communicating the most effective use of geospatial intelligence.
