Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with Disability Evaluation System benefits to include eligibility requirements, entitlements, limitations and administration; Experience explaining disability determinations to individuals affected and familiar with regulations affecting individuals disability and entitlement determinations; Experience preparing letters, memorandums in draft and final form according to instructions; Experience editing correspondence and reports for proper grammar, punctuation, spelling and format; Experience with electronic medical systems/computer information systems/electronic health records for and from the various military and veteran’s medical systems CHCS, AHLTA, CPRS, Vista, Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel); Experience maintaining electronic and physical records (e.g. calendars, directories, spreadsheets and databases).
