Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-13, in the Federal Service. Examples of specialized experience include: Analyzing and evaluating on a quantitative/qualitative basis the effectiveness of personnel, budget, procurement and administrative operations in meeting established goals and objectives;
Developing procedures and systems for assessing the effectiveness of these programs, personnel and/or administrative processes;
Developing, analyzing and evaluating new or modified programs and/or management policies, regulations, goals or objectives;
Evaluating and advising on organization structures, methods and procedures of budget, personnel, procurement, conference and space planning and administrative functions.
