To be qualified for this position, you must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in Federal service. Specialized Experience is defined as providing customer support services including installation, troubleshooting, customer assistance and training in response to user requirements; providing training and assistance to users and orientation for new users; creating and maintaining records systems and managing electronic records; diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents; and monitoring functionality, security and integrity of systems. All applications should have Information Technology (IT)-related experience, obtained through paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, demonstrating each of the following competences: Customer ServiceInformation ManagementInterpersonal SkillsSelf ManagementTechnical Competence Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
