Qualification Summary

An applicant’s eligibility will be determined based on eligibility claimed in the questionnaire and proof of eligibility MUST be provided with application by the closing date, 03/24/2020 Business Based Action, Military Spouse Preference, Outside Applicant Veteran, Spouse/Widow/Parent of Veteran, and Transition Hiring Preference In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience:
Excellent copywriting skills. Possess functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress. Must be proficient in web design and maintenance. Must have beginner to intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS. Must have demonstrated specialized experience which shows an ability to design and layout high-quality advertising web design in a graphically appealing manner to include – flyers, calendars, newsletters and other miscellaneous forms of media. Must have intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe InDesign). Must have at least intermediate working knowledge of PC software packages to include PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Excel. Must have experience or education which provides a general knowledge of marketing/advertising principles and practices. Must demonstrate good customer service, strong communication skills and ability to work with little supervision. Position is subject to satisfactory completion of a Tier 1 investigation.
