GS-14: You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to the GS-13level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Planning, conducting, and participating in special studies, task forces, organizational development and workforce management projects, in order to meet the goals and objectives of an agency or organizations mission;
Providing consultative services and expert professional advice to executive and management officials on a wide variety of large-scale agency-wide human capital practices and initiatives, including but not limited to workplace assessments, organizational development and employee engagement;
Developing workforce strategies and managing projects for advanced and highly developed organizations having direct impact on agency-wide human capital business processes;
Serving as the technical expert on workforce analytics including the development, design and reporting of human capital and training analytics and reports for use by Executive Leadership. The assessments for this job will measure: Creativity and Innovation
