ND-05: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or scientist assessing and developing strategies to implement and affirm that integral technical operational requirements are met for undersea range programs. ND-04: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level ND-03 (GS-09/11 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or scientist as a professional engineer or scientist identifying problem resolution strategies to ensure integral technical operational requirements are met for undersea range programs.
