Qualification Summary
For the ND-05:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) in the Federal service, or in the public or private sector managing the development and execution of military construction (MILCON) or minor construction projects to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. For the ND-04:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band ND-03 (GS-9/11 equivalent) in the Federal service, or in the public or private sector participating in the development and execution of military construction (MILCON) or minor construction projects to ensure compliance with established objectives and schedules.
