Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (or equivalent), which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.To qualify for the GS-14:Experience in the electrical field (i.e. NASA apprenticeship or licensed electrical certification/degree).Knowledge of NFPA 70E-2018, NFPA 70-2017 Standards, and the National Electric Code.Experience managing electrical technician trades working in high-energy, complex ground based test facilities, projects and labs that represent significant hazards both to people and property.Experience with the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Your resume must include a clear and detailed narrative description, in your own words, of how you met the required specialized experience.
