Qualification Summary
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience:
To be qualified for this position at the GS-14 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level. This experience is defined as: -Experience with the underwriting or credit approval process.; AND -Analyzing mortgage finance programs either in the loan origination and project development process, or by writing policies or procedures for a housing/mortgage project or program; AND -Analyzing lending opportunities for affordable and market rate properties including market analysis, financial analysis or valuation for affordable and market rate housing; AND – Leading or managing a team of employees and monitoring their progress towards achieving project goals and objectives.
