Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Verify government passport applications for accuracy and authenticate required documents prior to submitting to a competent organization for issuance; 2) Arrange travel involving different types or combinations of modes of transportation, isolated origins overseas, intermediate/destination points, multiple stops for temporary duty, connections between commercial and government air, foreign currencies to meet required time frames; 3) Examines transportation applications/documents for consistency of facts, authenticity and credibility; 4) Research problems or errors that require information necessary to resolve unmatched/unbilled items in the bill reconciliation process.
