You must meet the following requirements within30 days of the closing date of this announcement.Specialized experience: For the CN-71, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the CN-60grade level in the Federal service (For qualification purposes, the CN-60is broadly equivalent to the GS-14). Specialized experiencefor this position includes: Experience providing strategic direction and management for developing enterprise-wide digital services, applications, and products, AND
Experience assessing business requirements and working across multiple lines of business to design, develop, implement and maintain a portfolio of custom digital services and products, AND
Experience procuring and managing multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts for creative services, digital products and operational support, AND
Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary mid-size teams (8-20 staff) of designers, user researchers, UX and software developers in the planning, design, and execution of public- and internal- facing digital services, applications and products, AND
