Qualification Summary
GS-13: One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 Federal grade level performing duties such as leading or supervising personnel/payroll processing services for an organization; monitoring and reporting the status of subordinate staff work assignments; overseeing, identifying, distributing and balancing workload/tasks among a subordinate staff; serving as a focal point of contact on matters related to payroll and processing procedural requirements and processing practices; providing advice and technical guidance on processing payroll actions in automated systems; conducting audits and quality control assurance relating to completed personnel actions; gathering and analyzing information to assess and resolve processing problems; conducting research and providing recommendations on the most effective and efficient approach to take in delivering processing services to customers; and preparing a variety of reports and other program-related documents.
