Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience implementing technical guidance on current policies and procedures concerning manpower and personnel data and resource allocation. Experience performing statistical analysis, researching, interpreting, analyzing and preparing written or oral correspondence, proposals and presentations to support program mission. Experience reviewing operations to ensure that effective administration controls exist to monitor program management and ensure the most efficient and economical use of resources. Experience providing recommendations to correct conditions that affect program management, mission accomplishment, economy, efficiency or integrity of the organization.
