Qualification Summary
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: ENLISTED
Since the position is temporary in nature, the compatibility requirements will be waived for this period of time. Selecting official must verify that the selected is currently assigned to a military unit in the Missouri National Guard and that the selection does not create grade inversion. Technicians will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience, education, or training which provided a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration; experience using computer and automation systems. GS-09 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess 24 months of specialized experience, education or training analyzing interrelated issues of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of behavioral and quality of life programs. The specialized experience must also demonstrate your ability to develop detailed plans, goals, and objectives for the long range implementation, administration, and recurring evaluation of programs; research, initiate, develop, and implement resilience/risk reduction/suicide prevention program that reduces incidents of high risk behaviors; develop, monitor, revise, coordinate, and implement resilience training; and coordinate and implement components of resilience training to help shape positive behaviors and successful reactions to traumatic experiences.
