Qualification Summary
Specialized Experience: You qualify for a grade 07 level if you meet the basic requirements and possess one year of specialized experience that equipped you with the skills needed to perform the job duties. This experience must have been equivalent to the grade 06 level. Examples include: performing clerical matching procedures using quality assurance methods and techniques, performing data keying edit resolution of unusual difficulty, and using computers and their programs to perform complex quality assurance reviews.
Education cannot be substituted at this grade level.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., PeaceCorps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations, (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
