Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Planning, scheduling, analyzing and evaluating training programs of an organization; 2) Recommending ways to improve the effectiveness of the training operation; 3) Developing new methods for administrating a training budget; 4) Conducting a wide variety of detailed analysis to make recommendations, develop guidance and advise long-range planning; 5) applying organizational and end user requirements to the organizational mission/function and structure; and 6) gathering and analyzing information for recommendations to senior management on all aspects and issues related to training programs.
