Qualification Summary
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.Specialized experience:For the GS-11, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience for this position is planning and coordinating a variety of support services for a facility or program, and interpreting and providing guidance on related policies and procedures. Examples of such experience could include: -Experience that included responsibility for directing a variety of support functions such as procurement, property management, facilities, etc. OR -Administrative work that included maintaining online records or websites; or other work that demonstrated knowledge of records management; OR -Conducting inspections of facilities to report findings; OR -Coordinating space reconfiguration projects or physical moves; OR -Serving as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for a variety of programs. OR a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work. Graduate work must be in one of the following major fields of study: public administration, business administration, industrial engineering, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields related to the position to be filled. OR a combination of the education and experience listed above in which the percentage of specialized experience and education totals to 100%. (For example: the completion of 50% requirements for Ph.D. and 6 months of specialized experience.
