You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience: For the GS-11, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: -Experience in the use of Order Management and Inventory Management modules of an Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system (Oracle preferred); AND -Experience maintaining databases containing customer information; AND -Experience monitoring shipment and production schedules to identify potential problems and initiating proactive measures to insure on time delivery; AND-Experience in the scheduling, expediting and resolving issues with shipments via common and armored carriers.
Education: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:For the GS-11, you must have been at the GS-9 level for 52 weeks.
