For the GS-15:
You must have at least one-year (12-months) of specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the federal service (obtained in either the private or public sector) that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Developing and implementing policies and procedures that identify risk. Conducting portfolio analyses for the purposes of assessing performance trends and incorporating an early warning system to oversee lending partners. Creating multi-variant management reports on lender portfolios to monitor credit risk. Conducting lender oversight reviews to determine program compliance. Developing program goals and objectives to evaluate program effectiveness. Developing and monitoring budgetary and planning needs. Managing, supervising and/or leading mid to high level staff as it relates to lending activities. Managing, supervising and/or leading a complex project as it relates to lending portfolios. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-13 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-14 level.
