Qualification Summary
For the GS-14:
You must have at least one-year (12-months) of specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the federal service (obtained in either the private or public sector) that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes: Providing management and oversight of a financial program. Applying fact-finding and investigative techniques to gather data from various sources. Using qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to present data and findings. Preparing and delivering briefings to managers on study findings and recommendations. Collaborating as a member of a team on a project. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by 11:59 pm (Eastern Time) on the closing date of this vacancy announcement.
