Qualification Summary
GS-15: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-14, in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in private sector.
Specialized experience is defined as experience: Investigate allegations of Employee and Labor Relations within an organization.
Conduct investigations of a non-criminal nature.
Analyze and evaluate information gathered from investigations to reach a conclusion and make recommendations. There is no education substitution at this grade level.
