Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing Administrative Specialist work applying extensive knowledge of an organizations programs and missions in order to conduct staffing requirements by utilizing analytical and evaluative methods and techniques. Specialized experience must reflect the following: 1) Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, such as interviews, review of work procedures, instructions, and records and files, to conduct staffing requirements; 2) Knowledge of manpower and a variety of associated databases to accomplish manpower requirements; 3) Utilize Defense Travel System (DTS) ensuring correct funding orders are filled out; 4) Experience in writing factual reports, preparing spreadsheets and briefing charts; and 5) Experience delivering and presenting briefings, recommendations, and negotiating solutions to upper management.
