Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assisting with project planning functions relating to the refueling, alteration, repair, maintenance, and testing of nuclear reactor plants. Experience preparing schedules for assigned projects for items such as plan and procedure preparation, material requirements, and Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV) preparations. Experience providing technical direction in support of production work on technical problems and policies associated with work conducted on reactor plants. Experience communicating with and advising top management of critical situations. Experience assisting with planning and coordinating the various phases of work, establishing priorities, and determining the amount of available resources to devote to each phase.
