Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 pay band (GS-12/13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer or scientist leading the coordination and integration of test and evaluation processes and procedures (e.g., applying the principles of systems engineering, project management, science and technology, quality engineering computer science, or test and evaluation) that support the design or development of complex military warfare systems.
