Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-04 pay band (GS 11-12 grade levels) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Providing guidance for system requirements, maintenance planning, and life cycle logistics; 2) Formulating and justifying budgets for sustainment activities; 3) Using DoD and Navy policies and procedures for managing logistics, funding requirements, scheduling, and staffing; 4) Communicating for logistics requirements through system design and fielding processes; and/or 5) Using manuals and maintenance procedures.
